Hurry!! Hurry!!_-_-_-_ Mic Sale!! _-_-_-_Hurry!! Hurry!!

Last night, I decided to sell off a few of my microphones.

Continental United States* only.
Prices are per microphone.Firm.
Prices Do NOT Include Shipping.
Prices are in United States Dollars.

Buyers will pay actual shipping cost+ Insurance - I won't ship a thing without it.
E-mail me with your Name & Address and I'll get the shipping cost. As soon as I get the money - the mic will be out the door to you. I can accept Postal Money Orders or PayPal (I'm guessing I can even accept a transfer from Credit Cards on this. I'm not sure.)
*I will make an exception for Canadians as long as their won't be any kind of currency exchange problems.

Qty. Unit Price Model/Description

2 $160 Each AKG #D112.
These babies work great. Have not been "beaten in". Each mic includes SA-40 Mic Clip. No Cases. (These never left my house, and I wound up chunking the cases.)

2 $60 Each EV #N/DYM 157.
This mic is like an SM57, except it is MUCH better. It has more top, more bottom, and simple sounds much better. And unlike the 57 - you can mic a kick with this baby, and it will sound great - not just "usable".

1 $75 ATM #Pro 25.
Hypercardioid Kick Mic. I used them for vocals during band practice, and they were awesome. Hell, this mic is great for everything but overheads.

1 $100 ATM #AT811.
The AT811 AA powered Condenser is an incredible overhead; they claim you can phantom power these - I don't know how it's done with a battery in it, and I doubt it would work without a battery in it.

3 $50 Each MAY-EA #MBM1
Internal Mounting Brackets. These allow you to mount Microphones inside your drums. They work for kicks or toms.

1 $25 Shure #SM-58.
Old Battered piece of shit SM-58. Looks like crap, but still actually works.
Need a hammer? Here ya go.

Thanks,
Tim

If it's not already too late, could you possibly post a link with some info about the EV's? I can't find anything about them. Thanks

I don't know if there is any info online about them. EV made them for a few years and then weeded out the line since they didn't sell very well. I don't know why, because they are great sounding mics. The body has a rubber sleeve over the entire mic that acts like a shockmount/anti-vibration.

I'll dig around and through my info box (I've got a cardborad box where i pust most of the paperwork that comes with my gear in it) and see if I have any info sheets about them.

Actually...

I was wondering something, specifically...there was a mic made by them a while back (EV) that was specifically a snare drum mic. This wouldn't happen to be it, would it?

Nevermind, I found it: It's the N/D168...still let me know anything else you find out, though.

I don't have any idea. I was just trying out mic's and the guy at the store suggested I try these out, and I compared them to 57's and they were louder and brighter, so I got them instead. (I generally don't like Shure microphones - they always seem really midrange heavy to me. Back in the 80's a friend and I had a sound system and we had over 20 sm57's, and when I started recording - I vowed never to buy another Shure mic again. :p )
