Drivers, help!

Hi so i have a tascam us-800 and its really great so far but i don't know how to set it so i can hear plugins while recording. I have been sending guitar direct and it would be great to get some reverb and od via amplitube 3 in my monitors.

I would figure you would lay down the guitar tracks first, then go over the tracks with the effects plug-ins.

yeah i mean is probably what is going to have to happen but it would be nice to get a little verb and gain in there during tracking

You can monitor thru your DAW if you can get latency low enough with your Mac. Just add FX to the track you are recording to, and turn the monitor knob on the 800 clockwise.

That is, if it works like the one on my 1641. Hmm..

Nope, it doesn't.

But it looks like you can get this going in the US800 Control Panel.
