Dream Well - Criticism?

My third mix for the MP3 Mixing Clinic!!

So I didn't record the instruments for this track but I did mix it. The source material was recorded at weird levels, and much was distorted. I tried to make it sound as best I could... If anybody hears any problems with this mix, please let me know. My "monitors" consist of a set of computer speakers & little sub/a set of closed back headphones but I won't mention their make or model for fear of being ousted. heh.

This is very nice, but the vocal is too distant for the style.

the guitar has got too much top end on it, probably a bit over-eq'd.
the bass sounds very mid-y, not much low end or high end

drums are too loud, and again there's too much top on them making the cymbals really stick out

piano / keyboard is too low in the mix, only just audible.

Cobalt, when you say the "guitar has too much top end", I assume your referring to the acoustic and not the slide guitar part?
