I'm having a problem with my DP-01FX and would appreciate any input.
I can not restore a song from my computer to the DP01. I get the message "FILE NOT FOUND" every time I try to restore.
This is the first time I have tried to use this restore function.Everything else about this recorder works perfectly and does an excellent job.
I am following the procedure outlined in the owners manual,
1: Open the DP01 USB connection
2: From the computer hard drive, copy the song to the DP01 Backup directory (the copied song does appear in the DP01 backup folder)
3:Close the DP01
4:From the DP01 menu, select the Backup, Song Restore menu
At this point, I get the "FILE NOT FOUND" message.
I have no problem transferring songs from the DP01 to the computer hard drive, just can't transfer from computer to DP01.
Is there a software update I can do on-line to restore this missing file ?
