DP-24 track not working

Suddenly, track 3 isn't working. When I assign a source, the signal is only barely audible, even at max input and track fader levels. All other tracks are fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Shot in the dark ... have you checked the level of DIGITAL TRIM (on the mixer page)? Also, what device are you attempting to input?

Thanks. I haven't looked at the digital trim but would that not affect all channels? I've tried with a mic and also a Drum machine, both of which are just fine in other channels.

Can you give a bit more info?

On the level meters, is track 3 showing a good level when recording or barely showing?
