DP 24 Applying Reverb

Hi all,

Is it possible to apply Reverb to an existing track? I have an imported vocal track. I'm not sure why but I can't hear any reverb when I turn it on.

Yes. Read up on "send effects" on page 64 in the manual.

Don't know if you haven't tried already, but you need to open the "effects return" setting to max value in the "mixer" section. Then go to the "effects" window and make sure its "on" if you're using the onboard reverbs.

You can also bypass the factory installed effects by turning them off and using the effects sends on the back of the unit and plugging into rack outboard gear. Take the effects returns from the outboard gear and plug them into any of the "A thru H" inputs, then assign then to any "Bus" and you'll be jamming during mixdown. The "Bus" section is found in the "Assign" window, ok.
