Does the vegas pro program work with the new studio pack?

I have vegas and soundforge on my computer and I want to purchase the new roland studiopack. the package says just soundforge in general? so if it works with soundforge will it work with vegas pro automaticaly?
 
I have a vm-3100pro, the mixer part of the studio pack, I know that vegas controls can't be controlled with mmc (master midi control). This means that you won't be able to control the faders and such on vegas with your hardware mixer. However I use my mixer with vegas as a pre-amp and for the onboard effects the mixer offers which doesn't tax the cpu of my computer. I know that midiman makes the soundcard portion of the studio pack (my guess is that they use the same chip as one of their audiophile cards). I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to record on vegas with the studiopack and use it's built in effects. I don't know about making full use of the eight ins that the mixer offers and seperating them on to different tracks though.
