Yes, but you have to use a "wrapper"... a small program that translates the VST effect into a direct X effect. There are several varieties, one of which is free. In this case, you get what you pay for as the one's that cost money usually do a little more. I use the stand edition from fxpansion, but folks say others are good too. check'em out:
