Does anyone rate the software Guitar Rig 2?

Does anyone rate the software Guitar Rig 2 as I just feel it isn't worth the money it cost. Does anyone have good experience with using it, and like it?

yeah, i've used up to GR 4..it's not bad when you wanna sit at your comp at 2am and play guitar with some crazy distortion haha...i've recorded with it a few times, but i had to ghetto rig the recording of it because i'm lame. it's not bad though
