how do you record your Reason project into Cubase SE?
I've gone to the darkest corners of the internet in hopes of answering this question before posting here. Alas, nothing I've found has really helped, but I did find some good porn during my adventure.
I've been able to get a recorded signal by routing my outputs to a mixer and sending that back into my sound card. Seems like there should be an easier way.
When you look at the mixer in Cubase the Rewired Reason channel is active. I then try to add an audio track to record onto but can't figure out how to get the Reason signal routed to the track. Am I going in the right direction or should I abandon this approach?
All I'm wanting to do is have some program trigger my drum waves and I was hoping to use Reason since it came free with my sound card. Is there any other free program or trial version that would work on a MAC platform, while also making the process less of a pain in my arse?
