there are three problems here:
1. not many (if any) guys here do have practical experience with this machines (not popular kind in home-recording studios
)
2. if there is someone who could comment on condition of those heads it would be hard to do based on this photo, you gotta have close-up photo (actually better few photos) with different angle (3D is important here)... ( here's example , from this item )
3. the opinions may clash in western movie style (see example)

Thanks for the reply.
The picture is taken from an ad i found today, so i'd have to ask
the seller to take additional pictures. Maybe i'll post some later
if i can obtain some nice close-ups.
