I'm wondering if I'm honestly going to hear much difference between what I have alread, which is a superlux CM-H8C, an at 2020 and an EV RE-20. So what about a neumann TLM 103? It's got the flatest high/mid out of all of them and the high end shelf doesn't start till the very high frequencies. A 3-$600 mic isn't a bargain if it sounds almost exactly the same as what I have if you get my drift.
