Not sure what's up with the DM-24 but since it is new and the Mackie does work with other control signals, it is possible MIDI is not quite there on the DM.
Got play and record sort of working but defanately not the way the DM should work.
Added MMC Closed mode which does not register as available. It has an "X" and selecting TRA yields an error device is not active.
But if I save the profile and recall it, TRA comes up active and play works, but now record stops working.
Added MMC Open stored with the MMC Closed I had earlier under same number and it works.
It works but the Play and Record light don't light and arming a track does not work from the DM-24.
Plea to Tascam
PLEASE, PLEASE add the HDR to your list of supported devices. Tascam and Mackie are the only devices in this class. It makes sense to support it especially since Mackie is continuing the line with the MDR.
