Seeker of Rock

Proud fucking American
This was DIY, except I hired out the new breaker panel (replacing a glass fuse panel in the garage) and electrical rough in, and the exterior stucco over the concrete block. There are more pics somewhere of the foundation and excavation and more progress pics, but I can't find them. Inside walls are detached from the block, floor is detached from the walls, ceiling is not detached but I used something called "soundboard" between the interior wood and the rafters.

Here is one showing the separation of the interior studs from the outer structural concrete block walls. Also, I built a desk for my mixer and some outboard effects.

And the final product. At 12'x14' interior it is tight, but controlled. I built (not very well) some gobos with OC703 I use on certain things.
