Using CEP 2.0
Major probs recording from line in, CD and also recording wave output from (e.g.) real player.
Basically everything sounds nice and clear coming through the monitors. Record levels OK...not clipping. But stop recording and play it back it sounds awful. It's distorting....sort of distortion you'd get listening to FM radio station with bad reception.
For line in recordings.... I've set line in channel on playback to zero on windows mixer to prevent loop-round probs so it can't be that.
Could this distorion a soundcard problem....it's a bog standard on board type. (C Media)
