Hi guys..
This is one of my first attemps at mixing.
I found a song named Blink182-all the things in multitrack mode
and i tried to mix it.
I think that i have done a pretty good job..But i want some other
opinions..In order to improve my mix..and to place it to my portfolio for
my future studio jobs..Thanks!Every word is much more appreciate..
Consider that the mix has been done with my headphones..

Ok, keep in mind that I am saying all of this out of concern for you. Otherwise I'll just come off like an asshole.

You are not going to make a name for yourself as a sound engineer like this. You are putting up a remix that I'll assume you did on a PC. You treat this like it's your work. But, you didn't know the artists. You didn't work with them. You didn't actually record any of this stuff with them. All you did was take some stuff from the internet and put it in a DAW and play with the faders. Anyone could do this. There is a hell of a lot more to it than that. Until you are sitting behind the controls and are face to face with a musician that expects you to make them sound their best and are starting from nothing can you call yourself an engineer.
This mix sounds alright, but of course it would. It was already recorded by a professional engineer in a pro studio with expensive gear in idea conditions. You want my respect? Don't be so fucking lazy and work on something that YOU did.

Uhh, I don't get it. What are we doing here? I've heard this song before; It's not your recording - it's still Blink 182's. What are we doing here?:confused::confused::(
