DigiStudio w/ Mbox and LE?

Does DigiStudio still come with the Mbox and Pro Tools LE? Is it free to use? Have any of you used this?

I never used Digistudio, but I recentely bought the Digi 002rack, and the software supplied was Pro Tools Le, Ableton, Reason Adapted, SAmpletank and some extra plugins.
