Digi 002 Midi hook up??????

I'm trying to use a Midi Controller in Reason 2.5. I have a Digi 002 rack, can I not use that to plug my keyboard's midi in and out to...or do i need a second sound card in the computer with Midi support???

If it has a midi port you should be all set. Just make sure you've installed the neccessary drivers.

Yeah, the digi has midi ports, and then it connects to my PC through Firewire....I downloaded the Digidesign ASIO drivers, and it works for the audio drivers, but under the midi setup it doesn't offer anything....I'm just wondering if anyone else had a digi interface and is using a midi controller with reason hooked up through the digi

I use the 002r but I am on mac. There will be some sort of MIDI studio set up that you need to tell what gear is attached to the 002. I think It goes into detail in the 30page booklet that comes with the 002.
