Well this is the first time I tried singing and recording a REAL quick tune. I am NOT a singer by any means and was just a lil' drunk and a lil' bored. I wanted to record this idea for a while now.

So I tried to be trippy and very raw and emotional with the playing and all. I didn't even put percussion in, just to keep it...weird...I guess.

So until my band gets more demos out...Here is my latest creation, haha...Thanks guys...Peace!

Yeah, trippy and cool, I like the mood here. Some good layering. Singing is pretty good IMO.
Mixwise, sounds like the lead electric guitar is too out front of everything... try adding a litte verb to that. For the chorus things get kind of cluttered, vox get a little too buried, I think mainly from the lead.. I'd try to pan that, EQ it everything away from everything more.
I think some backup vox in the chorus would strengthen it, sound cool.
Cool tune, it's always fun to try to set a mood for a tune and just let the raw emotion take over. Cheers ;)

Thanks a lot bud...I wanted the electric guitar to be a lil' loud and grating a bit. I wanted a certain disconnect in the song. It does get cluttered in parts too. I put backwards guitar under parts.

I love it - listened to it 4 or 5 times - I like the electric on top of the vocals - it was like the singer was off in a dream - cool
