Gigastudio- Is this the anwer to everthing?

Hi,


I am interested in the Gigastudio because of the ability to put together bass, drum and keyboard tracks.

Is this the same as having a back up band?

If I write original songs can I adjust the back up band to play what I want when I want?

I play the guitar, harmonica and sing, and I can play a little bit of keyboard.

Do I need to get a midi controller and a sound module to go with this? If so, which do you recommend?
