Difference in Sonar Producer to Studio?

I just bought my laptop, and I want to get it ready to record. But, I need to upgrade my software, so I'm thinking about getting S6 but which one to get is still up in the air. I would like to get the Sonar Producer, but funds have me on a tight grip. So for the interest in money, would Studio version be ok, in some of your opinion?

I have both and the studio version is fine. You get a few extra bells and whistles with producer. You'll also be able to pick up producer down the
road as a upgrade cheaper than you could at this point in time.

I think I paid $200 for studio as an upgrade from GTP3, then paid another
$100 for producer upgrade a short time ago. That is half the price of
buying the complete package with out a upgrade. You can get the upgrade
price easy with even a le version of cubase etc.
