Did I waste my money???

Hi There!

I'm a multi-sided (is that an english word by the way?) musician, I play keys, drums and guitar and I had decided to build some kind of home recording studio. I managed to buy a 4trackmachine from Internet, used, but in good condition.

It's a Tascam Portastudio 244.
Ok, and now my question is: did I waste my money buying this ($ 200)?
I know it's kinda old, but the sound sounds good to me. for now, when I'm not overdubbing too much tracks.
Any comments about this machine?

Does it work, record - is it doing what you want it to do?

If so, than I think you got your moneys worth.

I wouldnt have payed $200 for it, but that doesn't matter. If you like it and are happy then I guess it was worth it.
