I was just on "Nowhere" trying to download a tune by someone here and the "download" button wouldn't work. It was just a static gif rather than a linked one. Anyone know what's going on there? Weird.

What Emeric stated is correct.
If the artist did not enable 'allow all user downloads' on the song, then you can't d/l it...
New version will make this a little more 'apparent' to the artist so they turn the bloody thing on.
