Hi
Zoom R16
I've seen videos of people using the "Dial" to navigate throughout a track....forwards/backwards in time. I cannot find any instruction of how to get this to work. Any ideas?

The manual refers to using the dial in a number of places and for a variety of functions. Can you be a little more specific about what function you're trying to do....editing.....marking....etc...etc. Do you have the Operation Manual?

I have the manual. Lets say I want to FF in 34:222 sec and use the dial to get there? Forgive me but I can find nothing in the manual with info on the Dial in regards to using it to adjust the counter.

See if page 31 of the manual helps you. It's titled "Using The Counter And Markers To Move (Locate)".

Thanks for your time....I guess what I'm needing to know is how to use the Dial to scroll through the counter? ie. counter is presently at 00:01:12.000 and I would like to use the dial to go to 00:02:12:234

Found the answer from a Youtube poster.."Press the right arrow button 2 or 3 times and you'll see the cursor move over to the hours/minutes/seconds of the time meter. Then when you turn the jog wheel you'll see you can advance or rewind the song." Don't think that is written anywhere in the manual....great tip!
