I am a practicing architect with design and drafting skills that would be willing to trade these services for new and used pro audio gear to outfit my personal studio.
To be specific, here is what I can offer:
-Design services and building permit documents for home studio remodels or construction.
-Design advice, and/or masterplanning.
-Drafting of any type in AutoCAD 14 - 2005. Audio-related projects, circuit diagrams / boards. etc.
In exchange for: -Pro Audio gear. I am looking for various pieces of equipment to outfit my personal studio. I am currently running an analog-only setup, with many pieces of vintage gear. I would consider almost any item, just send me a description with photos.
If you are in need of design / permitting services for a commercial studio, I will work with you on a case-by-case basis, as these projects require an architectural stamp and signature before permitting. My design studio, Silent 5, specializes in arts-related architecture - performance spaces, recording studios, theatres, etc. We are located in Boise, Idaho.
