yo I beed places to send my demo anybody know where I can get a list of addresses like a manual or somethen?

Not sure if it’s still being published, but the Musician’s Atlas is a real good resource, they used to put out a new one every year. They have listings for A&Rs for most major labels and some indie labels, major clubs in most cities, lawyers, agents, managers, etc. For each listing, they tell you whether or not they accept unsolicited material.
I forgot the name of the book (it’s in storage), but something like the A&R Resource Guide or something like that. That’s another good book with listings only for A&Rs.
