Hi all,

For those of you who have a M-audio Delta series card, and run win2k and n-track, what version of the delta drivers are you using? I've read about problems with the latest version issued by M-audio. Currently, I'm using the drivers that came with the CD. I know I should update them but I'm not sure if I should use the latest.

Another problem, and this may be related to the old drivers, when I use the WDM or ASIO, I only get 3 input, not 4 (I have a delta 44). I get something like this in the selection box:
M-Audio Delta 44 ASIO
M-Audio Delta 44 ASIO 2
M-Audio Delta 44 ASIO 3

The manual says that I should be able to choose from:
Analog Input 1
Analog Input 2
Analog Input 3
Analog Input 4

Anyone have any ideas about this?

Thanks

The latest revision and the one prior are both fine.

The reason you see 3 "inputs" instead of 4, is that they are grouped into stereo pairs. That is, inputs 1&2 are grouped, inputs 3&4 are grouped.

The third set of inputs you see with the Delta44 are just ghosts...this has always been a problem with n-Track and the Delta44...I think it might be because the Delta44 is so similar to the 66, which includes a couple channels of SPDIF. Regardless, you can just ignore them.

You select your individual channels in the Recording VU Meter window.
