Anyone used it yet? Just curious. I think my 1010 came with the .27. Just wondering if I should dl them or not?

You really need to uninstall the old drivers first. Delta has an "uninstall utility" on their web site for this purpose (it may even have come with the drivers you downloaded). Once you've uninstalled the old drivers, if you simply reboot, then Windows Plug and Play should find the card and ask for the drivers.
