delta 66 pops

Hi,
When I record and watch dvds, the card works beautifully yet when i pop in a regular commercial cd, i get the click and pops. Why is this? I usually end up switching to my default soundcard but its become a pain to change the speaker cables.

Strange, you would thnk that if it pops with audio CDs it would with DVDs too.

First, is the CD in the DVD drive, or do you have a separate CD-ROM drive that you're using?

What are you using to play the audio CDs with? Microsoft Media Player? Winamp? Something else?
