Delta 44 vs Omni

Which is a better choice to get? I'm also getting the DMP3, is that needed if I get the OMNI or is that built in?

Clairfy, Delta 44 with 4/4 breakout box
vs
Delta 44 (what this person is selling) with Omni breakout box
 
The OMNI front-end adds a couple of mic preamps and some additional routing capabilities. If you have that you don't need the DMP3. But I suspect the DMP3 preamp is a bit better, so perhaps using it with the standard Delta 44 would be a slight improvement over the OMNI...
 
i had a feeling thats what was going to be said.

DAMNIT! the ebay is over for it, $75 for card and breakout box, lucky bastard.

I had the Omni at one point, had it for a couple days and returend it for the Aardvark Q10, sold that a few months later cause then i didnt have a use like i would now. I'm such a fool.
