I've not gotten around to using all 4 inputs yet, i assumed you could but i think i just read you cant record through all 4 channels at once? If so, whats the point in having 4 inputs?

ofcourse you can use all 4 at once, C!!!

I've have used 3 of these cards at once, via a desk, and into my recording software, giving me 12 seperate tracks to play with.

Remember C, You need the same amount of outputs as you do inputs to be able to utilise the 'seperate' tracks the Delta offers!!

Your software will 'see' 4 seperate mono ins/outs!!...or 2 sets of stereo ins/outs....or what ever combination you want.

Please, do read more on this card's parameters and how to use!!
You have a nice, versatile sound card there!! I love mine!

Others here may help you with a little more info, but they would expect you to at least do a little searching prior (?).

Regards,
Spit.

I just picked up a delta 66. I'm running Linux, so I may not be of much help, but running JACK with ALSA gives me so much control. I've got 10 inputs and 12 outputs, because of the s/pdif.

I can record using all of those at once, and route them to any output I choose. The card is definitely capable of recording 4 tracks at once, the software may not be though.
