Dose anybody know if it is possible to run more than 1 delta 44 to enable 8 in 8 out.Or do I have to buy the delta 1010.

It is possible to run more than one Delta 44 card. I think you can run up to 4, giving you 16 I/O [or 8 stereo pairs]...
Just make sure they aren't sharing IRQ.
