delta 44 popping

hi there, i have a delta 44 soundcard installed in my system and it pops and cracks when i'm clicking on things while browsing. When i had a soundblaster live card installed it was quiet. Is there a way to get rid of the popping? I thought that I was getting a good card when I bought it, but I'm starting to doubt it.
I just want to be able to make good recordings into the pc....what am I missing?

I recently upgraded my system with a new mainboard and new processor + RAM. After that my Audiowerk8 did exaczly the same, it just poped around and clicked and crackled. The solution was that it didn't like my new mainboard (the chipset on it, that is). Sad enough, the only way to fix it was to buy another mainboard:(
I think you should send an email to the manufacturer and ask whether they have heard about anything like that or not.
