Delta 44 & 24bit

Anyone doing 24 bit on their 44?

How do you set it to 24 bit? The Hardware Settings let you specify a 96K sample rate, but no mention of 24 bit.

If I set the Audio Driver Bit Depth in Cakewalk GT to 24, the levels go crazy and anything I record sounds clipped & distorted.

This could be a Cakewalk question. Thought I'd try here first. Any and all suggestions gratefully received
 
have dled the lastest drivers? cuz thats what your supposed to do set you audio bit depth within the program u use to record
