from what i gather the delta driver updates have fixed the latency issue, i just installed a 410 and it plays back audio very well, win xp beta drivers installed flawlessly,
i'm having an issue getting input to the card from a mixer (tape out) i tried the headphone jack which i know is working... one channel does nothing and the other causes a loud clipping noise... new computer no recording soft yet, just winamp and wmp...
but i'm new to the card, not computers though, excuse the simi question in your post...
it appears most here like or suggest the model with the hardware interface 24/96??? no sure on the #, i already had a few mixers and rack effects so i sprung for the 410... do a search in these forums (delta 410)
