I've been struggling on how to make a certain setup work for my use. I am currently using hardware:
- Delta 1010LT sound card
- Behringer UB2442FX-PRO Mixer
- Marshall V57M Studio Condenser Microphone
And as for software I use Audacity for recording.
1. I currently am connecting my mixer to my Delta 1010LT through both of the XLR Main outs so that i can record any audio coming from the mixer (which i have my mic hooked up to) into audacity.
Im trying to figure out how i can get the audio that plays on the computer and/or in audacity to play through headphones that i have plugged into my mixer - while at the same time being able to hear myself during live recording... or in other words - while Im recording I want to be able to hear in my headphones both - me over the mic, and the beat at the same time.
Some sort explanation would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time.
