Hello all,
New to this forum and I have to say that it is a pretty cool site!
Anyways, I have just started playing the guitar about 1 year ago and I have the following questions:
First my scenario:
I have appprox $500 to spend on a soundcard, breakout box etc.
I have 1 electric/accoustic, with my cousin providing the other electric/accoustic. Also, he has a small Fender amp that only has 1 input for a guitar and 1 for a mic.
I guess my questions are, will I be able to use the Delta 1010 to have both of us playing our electric accoustics and 1 or 2 mics at the same time?
Can I just hook up all of these things to the Delta 1010 and purchase a copy of Sonar and be able to record 3-4 tracks simultaneously?
Or do you need to go from the guitar to the amp to the Delta?
I'm not to sure if I need a mixer as my understanding is that's what Sonar is for.
Any vocal mics that will work well with this setup without breaking the bank?
Lots of questions
Thanks in advance,
