Delta 1010 and Sonar users- let me pick your brain..

Any tips and secrets on this combo? I've been using Sonar 2.0 (Sonar since 1.0 was released) for a bit now, but I just got the Delta 1010, and it shows up kinda wierd in the options area... what should all the settings be?
What is your average achievable latency? Buffer settings? Etc... All thoughts, tips and ideas welcome...

Everything is going fairly smooth, except I cannot get the tuner to communicate with the Delta, and it is a pain in the ass if you want to set up, say, a drum kit with 8 mics, you have to go in and manually set each input, and that sucks up a lot of time.
If I make, say, an 8 track project and then assign all the inputs properly, will it save as a template and open that way every time I need that configuration?

Yes, save as a template then go into windows explorer and make the template file read only - otherwise it's too easy to overwrite the template with your project if you forget to use "save as".
