Hey,

I have the newer Dell PC Media Experience (or whatever it's called!) that comes with the huge-ass remote control.

I am wondering....is it at all possible to somehow program this remote control to use cubase's basic controls like stop, play, record, etc? I'm just asking becasue I figured when I bought this computer that the remote control would be configurable to any software...

This is the remote control that I have:

Quote from the website:

Just plug the receiver into an unused USB port on your computer, and you can drive the Dell Media Experience software just as though you were at your keyboard -- from across the room! Navigate to your photos, music, video files, and DVDs quickly and easily with this sleek device. Place your content at your fingertips - from the couch! This remote comes with standard buttons for playing, stopping, fast forwarding, rewinding, and jumping around in music, videos, and DVDs. Take your computing to the next level!

There is your answer, it should work in theory because it is controlling the keyboard ;) But then again I could be wrong, try it out and let us know if it works!

I haven't tried it out yet, but I will let you know later tonite
