Delicate Acoustic Track - Please Critique!

Hi guys,

Have recorded and mixed this track this evening (only spent about an hour on it which was not long at all!). Would love it if you could have a listen and critique both mix and performance.

The song is called 'All Sparks' by The Editors.

This was recorded in my bedroom using a Martin DX1K that was miced by a Studio Projects B1 into a Toneport UX2 and then mixed in Cubase. Vocals are same mic. Guitars and vocals are both me.

Not familiar with the original....I like the live vibe of this...there is some popping and clicking going on..not sure if its soundclick/mp3 related...I like the vibrato on your singing...cool song...enjoyed the listen!

Good song and good performance. I'd probably lower the vocals a little bit (and maybe take a little low end off them). The guitars sound a little 1-dimensional... you could enhance the stereo depth by doubling the rhythm part, or adding a fuller reverb to one side. Nice!
