Delayed recording in Cubase SX

I'm using Cubase SX 1.02 and the recording get's delayed. When using other software such as Cool Edit pro the recording is fine. I'm routing mics and guitar through a hardware mixer, then into the soundcard.

Does anyone have any idea?

1) Update to at least SX v1.03

2) In the upper right corner of your screen click on "Search" and type the word "Latency" in the search box. You will find a plethora of information regarding your problem.
