Don't know what 2 do. I try to install samplitude 2496 version 5.9, and the d:\ drive won't recognize the disk. It tries to read it, but then the computer freezes. I've tried it a few times but the results are the same. I have been running the demo version of samplitude 2496 version 5.9 for a while w/o a problem, so it is compatible with my computer. I think the disk might be defective. Tomorrow I plan on calling the manufacturer, but in the meantime, any suggestions on how I might tweak the d:\ drive or something to get it to work?
