DAW Setup for recording

What setup should I get? Trying to narrow it down too top 2. I want room to grow, professional sound and record audio/video. Also, record artists or production.

My Choices:
RME Fireface 800
M-Audio ProFire 2626
Digidesign 003 Factory
M-Audio ProjectMix I/O
TASCAM FW-1884


Or consider a mackie mixer w/ one of the above firewire interfaces.

or presonous ok?

I just want the best at project recording. Compatible with other recording softwares if so.

Those are nice, some of them.. I have a digi003 Factory and it's ok.. but looking back if I had it to do over again I would get a rosetta.. excellent quality interface.

Some of them? Cool, I'll check out the rosetta! Never heard of it.

RME Fireface 800 This one I am very happy with it with 2 octa mics by RME or 2 Digimax FS's will give you another 16 mic channels plus 4 on the 800 using the digimax you get 16 extra outputs Its what I have a 800 and one octa mic 8 d Then get the MCU from Mackie to control the DAW software and your good to go :D
