I'll recommend the Corsair 450w PSU. Like Jed said, you'll want that 120mm fan, 80Plus, and quite. I haven't found a quieter PSU yet! You literally just can't hear it. 
Also pretty cheap too (I bought mine I believe at buy.com). I was originally going to go for a cooler master PSU or something along those lines until I tried this one out. My search was over!
