Is there a huge difference between the Korg D32XD and Korg D3200? or they both good?

The D32 XD is the Flagship.
It was discontinued due to its limited market as was the D16 XD.
The two downsides to this machine would be
1) It has an internal fan which is too noisy to sit in the same room as your mics. (I passed up on a Roland VS2400CD for the same reason)
2) It is discontinued and parts are scarce.
The upsides are too numerous to mention.
