cyclone not making sound

i got sounds from enderol with session drummer but when i envoke cyclone (with same technique) and assign loops to different pads and press "preview" i get no sounds is there something i'm missing like having midi keyboard hit the pad instead of preview "as the instructions say to do help

"Preview" just allows you to hear the "slices" when you click on them in the Slice Inspector window. To hear the pads you must trigger them by doing one of the following: a)click with mouse, b)send midi note number or c)play them from your keyboard.

Also, under 2.2 my audio engine used to turn itself off so you could click, hit the keyboard or the piano roll and you still wouldn't hear it.

Make sure the midi track for cyclone is selected in the trackview and the audio engine is turned on. Then what you are doing should work.

how do you know if audio engine is off and how do you turn it on
i 've clicked the pads with a mouse and hit everynote on keyboard and enderal work fine but not cyclone

How do you have the tracks set up for Cyclone?
