Cyberjams...

Does anyone know of any sites where you can cyberjam? I'm talking about downloading/uploading tracks people have made, e.g. a track with bass and drums, and then adding something else to it?

I'd love to be able to do this, and while I see people doing it on boards like these, I haven't come across a good site that does it.....I'm thinking of starting my own one if there isn't already a good one out there.

Hey Axehead,

Welcome!! You can cyberjam right here. I did it with a drummer (Big Kahuana), right here on this site. I played the guitar and bass, Big K did the drums. It was a lot of fun! Have a listen.

heheh ... I gotta put some new music out ... because I'm not a drummer!! That's just all I've been doing for the last ... year ... holy crap it's been a year already?? :eek:
But ... I'd be happy to play drums for you again if you want. Speaking of which ... don't I owe Emeric some drums? ... oh yeah ... crap ... they're kick me outta the band!
That's the problem with online collaboration ... you're forced to work with guys like me who have no brain cells left. :D

Great to hear from you as allways. I have a new one that I'm hashing out, and I thought it would be really great to have you play on it, just doing what you like, and see where it goes.

I thought of asking you, but I didn't want to impose.

I would love to do this new song with you. Let me know if you would like to. This one sounds like another instrumental to me. Maybe this will even help axehead.

Hey GT and BigK - that was neat!! good sounds guys.

A friend of mine mentioned a site for that just yesterday - he's coming round tomorrow so I'll get it off him. He says they've been playing with the idea for sometime now and have finally got it down so you can do it live.

Great, I'll get busy. I'll put the tune on the drummer thread sight, so you will know where to look. It may be awhile, I have the guitar parts, but now I have to put them down, you know how that goes.

Why don't you post the one we did, with you on the drums, and keyboard, I don't have that one on my site, awesome playing.

On that one Big K sent in a mp3 of his drum playing, and I took it and put the guitars and bass on without him knowing, then posted it as a surprise.
