cubase sx problems recording

when I record & play all the new material is not on time with the old arrangements how do I fix this problem help

Depends on what's causing the problem. Are you using the same sampling rates?

Are you recording audio from actual sources (i.e. guitar, bass, vocals, etc..) or using MIDI tracks through seperate VSTi's?

Im recording thru cubase by playing a korg running from a boss 16 track to the computer.

this might sound stupid but is your tempo set properly? I have had problems like that and that is how I fixed them kinda sorta, now if I can just get my damn USB codenser mic to work

If you are using the same sample rates and everything else seems to be fine, try adjusting the delay compensation on the tracks properties.
Make slight changes until it's OK. I don't know what causes this but I've been succesful at fixing it.
