Hows it goin,
I'm new here, but I'll spare the introductions and get right to the point.
Sometime last week, Cubase SX simply stopped recognizing our audio interface. Somehow I get the feeling there's more to this story then simply "it stopped working", but that's all I'm getting out of the other engineer. Sometimes when I load the program it'll try to scan the interface or whatever like it's never seen it before. Then I get this:
error code: ff7-5-000c(20)
The interface is an RME Hammerfall 9652, the one with THREE ADAT I/Os. Windows (XP Pro) recognizes it just fine. So does our copy of Reason, and Wavelab. I've tried re-installing Cubase, but to no avail.
Thoughts?
