Cubase SE Vs STD Cubase

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the main differences between the SE version & the full version. It's the full version i've been used to (SX 3), but i can't afford to spend £500, so the SE version looks a lot better. I don't want to get SE if there is any crippling differences though.
